When the need to work together arises, it is usually a state full of questions and emotions. My job is to create a compassionate and safe environment. To create a place where these processes can start, where we can get answers to our questions, and where emotions can be cleared and finally put into their place.
There are many ways and approaches in psychotherapy. Every way is a good way. Therapy, at the same time, is a relationship of trust that provides the possibility of introspection, discovery, learning, healing, and advancement of the self. A space of trust in which we create the opportunity to be in a new and different relationship with ourselves and others. In therapy, we give you the chance to develop a more harmonious relationship with our environment, with each other, and with the world.
Therapy time is dedicated to explore the situations that cause trouble, difficulty and pain. Whatever the challenge is that is currently driving the individual.
I come into this space with respect, with an empathetic, cooperative, client-centric approach. I take the time to understand the other person, their goals, needs, and strengths. All the things that are essential for understanding the current situation.
I lead my life in a holistic way, so my guideline is "the principle of no harm". I practice meditation and mindfulness regularly; I believe that my own inner work and development are essential in a helping relationship. The integral approach has been my companion in everyday life for a long time. My roots come from the dynamically oriented trend, the schema therapy way of thinking plays a prominent role in my sessions, which I colour with mentalization and relaxation techniques. I see the therapeutic relationship as a serious alliance.
We work together in an authentic, honest and transparent relationship.
